PRINTING FAQS

PRICING: Pricing depends on the number of colors in the print, the total quantity of prints, the size of the paper, and any pre-press or finishing work that needs to be done. Request a quote here.

ART REQUIREMENTS: Artwork must be sized at the intended size for the final print and must be at least 300 DPI in resolution.

If you are separating your own layers, include an original full color version of the art along with separate black and white layers. (.psd, .ai, or .pdf files preferred)

​

We are able to prepare files for print, however a pre-press fee may apply depending on the complexity of the design. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

PRINT SIZE: Our Risograph machine is able to print a maximum size of 10.5 x 16.5" on 11 x 17" paper. We are able to print any size below these dimensions, but a finishing fee may be applied if any trimming, folding, or stapling is required.

PRINT MINIMUMS: We generally try to have a minimum of 30 prints total for your order, but we can be flexible based on the project.

​

TURNAROUND: Turnaround depends on the scale of the project and how busy the studio is at that time. However, most jobs can be completed within 7-10 days. A few extra days for shipping should be considered when placing an order outside of Fort Collins, CO.

PAYMENTS: Once your quote has been finalized and your order has been confirmed, we will send you an email with a secure link for payment. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. You are also welcome to pay with cash or check if you are local.

DESIGN COMMISSIONS: Sweet Malarkey is available for design commissions that aren't print related. Design rates vary on the timeline and complexity of the project.
